Federal W9 For Sub Contractors (Non Employees)
The W9 form is a straightforward form used when paying a subcontractor (someone who is not directly employed by your business). The W9 form helps the hiring business obtain essential information such as name, address & taxpayer identification number (TIN). With this information the business can submit the correct tax document to the contractor & the IRS.
The W9 form is often used in a business context, when paying between B2B or when hiring an independent contractor.

Federal 941 for Quarterly filing of Payroll Taxes
Every business that has employees working for them must submit a quarterly 941 form to the IRS, (4 times per year).
Employers are required to withhold federal income tax & other relevant payroll taxes from every paycheck.
The 941 form tells the IRS the total amount of tax you withheld in that quarter. The total number of employees you have & the wages you paid to them.
The filing deadlines for the Federal 941 form are always on the last day of the month following the end of the quarter. The deadlines each year are April 30, July 31, Oct. 31 and Jan. 31.

Federal I-9 For New Employee Hires Form & Instructions
Whenever you hire a new employee, you are required to have them complete an I-9 form to verify their eligibility to work in the US. Failure to complete an I-9 form could result in civil penalties the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services agency.
